Application forms are reviewed on a monthly basis, so requests must be submitted a minimum of eight weeks before your event. Please do not call our office or send emails to find out the status of your application(s). We will notify you by email with the status of your application.

I confirm that my organization qualifies because it:

Is a local charity, non-profit organization or education institution located in the Greater Victoria, Nanaimo area or in Whistler.
Is focused on providing or increasing physical activity or promoting kinship with the natural environment.
Raises funds for a program that directly benefits local residents (funds cannot be directed to research).
