Naked Bungy

2010 Naked Bungy Jump for Schizophrenia raises $12,000!

The Fourth Annual Naked Bungy for the British Columbia Schizophrenia Society took place on February 27th and 28th, 2010 at WildPlay Nanaimo. The event attracted record jump numbers, with 190 people baring all to take the leap. This year, funds were raised through jump and spectator fees and through pledges, which were matched up to $15,000 by an anonymous donor. Funds raised at the two-day event are used by the society to support delivery programs to youth; raise awareness of mental illness; and, provide family support services to those coping with mental illness.
