Full payment is required at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice, full refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time, WildPlay will refund the payment less a $15 handling fee per reserved activity/per guest.
A deposit of 50% of the total value is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due on the scheduled day of activities.
Cancellations with more than 14 days notice prior to the scheduled start time, WildPlay will refund the deposit less a $15 handling fee per reserved activity/per guest. Cancellations with less than 14 days but more than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Guest may reschedule or payment/deposit will be refunded in full.
