Cancellations within 24 hours of the participation date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation total.

Reservations with 14 participants or fewer may be cancelled or changed without penalty up to 24 hours before the participation date.

Reservations with 15 participants or more require a deposit of 50% of the reservation's total value. This deposit is required at the time of reservation creation, and any remaining balance is due on the scheduled day of participation. Deposits are fully refundable up until three (3) days prior to the participation date. Cancellations made within three (3) days but more than 24 hours before the participation date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the current reservation total.

If WildPlay must cancel reservations, they will be rescheduled if possible. Otherwise, all payments or deposits will be promptly refunded in full to the original payment method.
