Climb for a Cause Days
This season, WildPlay Parks hosted Climb for a Cause Days in partnership with local charities. Together we raised over $7,000 for non-profits!
Naked Bungy
Bare bums battled mental health stigma for our 17th year of WildPlay Nanaimo's Naked Bungy event back in March of 2023! 160 naked jumpers fundraised over $80,000 for Mental Health Recovery Partners (MHRP) on Vancouver Island. MHRP provides life-saving mental health programs, including peer support and wellness recovery action plan programs! Learn more about MHRP's services here.
Toss The Boss
Corporate teams from across British Columbia raised money and nominated their head honchos to get tossed from WildPlay Nanaimo's infamous bungy bridge for our third annual Toss The Boss event. Many brave bosses came out and bungy jumped, raising over $55,000 for the Nanaimo Brain Injury Societies!

Did you know WildPlay is a 1% For The Planet organization? As champions for the environment and getting active in nature, we donate 1% of all Extreme Adventure Course purchases towards the preservation and restoration of our planet.
Sharing the Fruit in 2023
Everyone should have the right to play. This is why WildPlay has donated more than 1,500 free passes to Women’s Transition Homes, LGBTQ+ youth organizations, Big Brothers and Sisters, and many other non-profit, community based organizations last year. Our goal is to remove economic barriers and ensure all humans have the opportunity for a WildPlay adventure!
Other organizations we support: John Howard Society, Human Nature Counselling Society, Children’s Hospital Foundation, Victoria Hospitals Foundation, Margaret Laurence House, Surfrider Foundation Canada, Edgewood Rehab Centre, Mid-Island Metis Nation, Canadian Cancer Society, The Animal Support Project, The V Foundation, The Inn Long Island, Nanaimo Pride Society, Victoria Pride Society, Capital Pride Center, Ancient Forest Alliance, KidSafe Vancouver and many more!

Did you know WildPlay is a 1% For The Planet organization? As champions for the environment and getting active in nature, we donate 1% of all Extreme Adventure Course purchases towards the preservation and restoration of our planet. This year, our U.S. parks donated to Surfrider Foundation and our Canadian parks to Ancient Forest Alliance. These organizations are dedicated to protecting our oceans and shorelines, and conserving British Columbia’s old growth forests.
