How do I book a WildPlay Birthday Party?

To make a booking via our website, click the "Book Now" button. From there, choose your location and activity and follow the steps through to the payment page. During the checkout process, you will be able to add a note that gives information about the birthday guest of honour!

How much do WildPlay Birthday Parties cost?

Prices vary by location, activity and time of day. However, prices start at $19.99/person on the Kids Course and $44.99/person on the Classic Course depending on time of day.

What do Birthday Packages include?

Birthday packages include (1) free WildPlay Birthday Bandana collectors item for the guest of honour, (1) free What's To Fear (WTF) Jump for the guest of honour, a shoutout on our Birthday Board, and a special gift for every participant!

What happens if not all my invitees can come, or if my numbers change?

For birthday groups of 15 or more, we can make changes to your numbers any time outside of 3 days before the party, without penalty.
For birthday groups of 14 or less, we can make changes to your numbers outside of 24 hours before the party, without penalty!

Who provides the food?

You do! Our parties are designed with maximum flexibility in mind - we provide the excitement, and you are free to create the rest of the experience in a way that fits your group’s needs. While we carry a selection of vending food and beverages, we also welcome and encourage party planners to bring whatever food and drink they want to the park - as long as there is no alcohol involved!

Will there be photos taken? Can I take photos?

There will be many photo opportunities during your visit! Guests can take photos from the ground or up in the course. We also have Birthday Party photo props to make your group pics extra special!

Are there picnic tables/seating areas available?

Picnic tables are available on a first-come first-served basis. Each park has a selection of picnic tables available for guests. We suggest arriving early and laying claim to a picnic table as they come available throughout your visit! Guests also have the option of bringing their own seating - camp chairs are a great option!

NOTE: If you get a picnic table, feel free to decorate it as you wish! When you are done, please leave it better than you found it and dispose of any waste in the bins provided.

There aren't enough free time slots for my whole group. What should I do?

For the Kids and Classic Adventure Courses, you can book the session before or after that time slot. We will ensure that your party completes the activity together, although large groups may be split for the training demonstration before the course.

Who needs to sign the children's waivers?

Each waiver needs to be signed by the legal parent or guardian of each participant. Parent/guardian must be 19+ in Canada, 18+ in New York. Please note our Chaperone Policy: Children 13 and under must have a parent or guardian on-site at all times.

What should we wear and bring to best prepare for our visit?

Check the current weather forecast and dress appropriately. Bring gloves on colder days. Wear proper-fitting, closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops, crocs or slides/flats). Wear comfortable clothing that fits snugly and tie back loose hair. Remove jewelry and loose objects!

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and snacks to refuel. We have drinks and snacks for sale at Guest Services. Complete your waivers (waiver link can be found in your booking confirmation email) in advance to expedite your check-in process!

What happens if it rains?

We operate rain or shine! We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and reminding your guests to dress appropriately for the conditions! The regular cancellation policies apply to birthday groups, even if it’s raining!

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking for a full refund with more than 24 hours notice. Any bookings cancelled with under 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund, but can be eligible for re-booking or credit. Reach out to playmore@wildplay.com for assistance with cancellations.
