These iconic aerial adventure courses will have you climbing, zipping, jumping and swinging through the forest! Reach up to 60ft high on 3 levels of obstacles that increase in height and difficulty as you conquer each level! Make your way from tree to tree by walking across tightropes, climbing up cargo nets, soaring down ziplines, flying through the air on rope swings, leaping across swinging logs, and balancing on log bridges!

Action Pack Tour

Ages 8+
Explore two fun action packed caves! These are wild, obstacle based caves that make for a rewarding adventure. Participants can test their caving abilities with short squeezes and climbs with the confidence boosting assistance of a professional cave guide. Beautiful Calcite Formations (including one that glows in the dark!) and Ancient Fossils await you in an underground playground.

24-hour cancellation policy applies to both elements of the Caves & Canopies package.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the element start time will be rebooked or given a gift certificate valid for 5 years from the original scheduled date.
Cancellations outside of 24 hours can be refunded (with a 10% cancellation fee), given a gift certificate valid for 5 years from the original scheduled date, or rebooked.

Yes! Guests can complete the Classic Adventure Course and Action Pack Tour on the same day (say hello to the Best. Day. EVER.), or on different days.

At this time, transportation is not offered by either location. Guests are responsible for their own transportation between WildPlay and Horne Lake Caves.
Transportation options include: Modo Car Share, Evo Car Share, Turo, traditional car rental companies.

At this time, the Caves & Canopies packes is only offered at WildPlay Nanaimo.

Nervous is normal – don’t let it stop you from trying! We have had people of all shapes and sizes successfully get through our adventure courses and caving tours with the helpful encouragement of guides. Everything here is “challenge by choice”. If you feel uncomfortable, one of our guides will lower you from the course, or lead you out of the cave.

WildPlay's Classic Course: Ages 5+, Min. Height 4'8", Max. Weight 300lbs. The Classic Course involves is a moderately strenuous experience that involves climbing ladders, holding onto rope swings, and balancing on tightropes.
Horne Lake's Action Pack Tour: Ages 8+ (ages 5+ on custom private tours). Travelling through cave requires being agile enough to bend over and use rocks at knee height for balance. Should be able to walk in a crouched position. The tour begins with a 5 minute moderately strenuous hike uphill
